We're currently seeking talented restructuring professionals to join a prestigious Big 4 client of ours within their highly regarded restructuring practice, based in the Isle of Man, Jersey, or Guernsey.
In this role, you'll have the chance to:
- Take ownership of restructuring engagements: Apply your knowledge to existing and new projects, managing a diverse range of client needs and showcasing your expertise.
- Develop your network and influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with local industry influencers and potential clients across the Channel Islands, while also identifying new business opportunities.
- Expand your knowledge and commercial awareness: Deepen your understanding of financial services across Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man, while keeping up-to-date with global industry trends and standards.
- Lead and inspire teams: Manage and motivate your team, providing performance feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities to foster their development.
- Shape business strategy: Support advisory leadership in preparing and delivering client proposals, and identify opportunities to cross-sell services across the firm.

Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant level experience in a restructuring environment.
- Exposure to managing multiple complex engagements.
- Self-motivated team player who is looking to further their career in financial services.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and people development skills.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
- Strong financial and commercial analytical skills, including familiarity with according standards.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong spoken and written English.
Benefits
Permanent contract. Paying in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
