Job Description :

We're currently seeking talented restructuring professionals to join a prestigious Big 4 client of ours within their highly regarded restructuring practice, based in the Isle of Man, Jersey, or Guernsey.

In this role, you'll have the chance to:

  • Take ownership of restructuring engagements: Apply your knowledge to existing and new projects, managing a diverse range of client needs and showcasing your expertise.
  • Develop your network and influence: Build and maintain strong relationships with local industry influencers and potential clients across the Channel Islands, while also identifying new business opportunities.
  • Expand your knowledge and commercial awareness: Deepen your understanding of financial services across Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man, while keeping up-to-date with global industry trends and standards.
  • Lead and inspire teams: Manage and motivate your team, providing performance feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities to foster their development.
  • Shape business strategy: Support advisory leadership in preparing and delivering client proposals, and identify opportunities to cross-sell services across the firm.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years relevant level experience in a restructuring environment.
  • Exposure to managing multiple complex engagements.
  • Self-motivated team player who is looking to further their career in financial services.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and people development skills.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial and commercial analytical skills, including familiarity with according standards.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong spoken and written English.

Benefits

Permanent contract. Paying in the region of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Salary : 40000 - 50000
