We are now working with a leading global investment banking firm based in London.

They are now looking to hire an Associate into Consumer and Retail team.

This team advises consumer and retail companies on M&A, capital markets and other corporate finance work 

The role will involve:

• Origination of new deals in the sector
• Full involvement in the deal making process
• Financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation
• Extensive exposure to clients
• Great prospects within the team

They are looking for someone as follows:

• Associates with blue chip investment banks
• Consumer and Retail deal exposure
• Real interest in M&A
• 4 - 6 years exprience
