About the teamOur highly acclaimed Personal Injury (Consumer Law and Product Safety) Department has become the leading specialist team in the UK, ranked Band 1 in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 winning landmark cases for individuals and groups.
The team are renowned for taking on complex and challenging cases and gained recent notoriety for pursing a number of high-profile allergy cases representing the families of Natasha Ednan-Laperouse, Owen Carey and Celia Marsh who died as a result of undeclared allergens.
The team have also successfully represented over 600 Claimants with failed Metal on Metal hip components, causing catastrophic injuries requiring early revision surgery. This group litigation has been described as one of the "biggest disasters in orthopaedic history".
The team are currently pursuing compensation for a community for injuries resulting from pollution emitted from a Landfill.
About the roleWe have an opportunity for a 1-3 year PQE Associate Solicitor to join the team to pursue ground-breaking cases and help facilitate further legislative change to safeguard the rights of consumers.
