Associate, Technology M&A mid-market boutique - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

This business is well established in it's market and benefits from a high proportion of inbound M&A and sell-side activity.  It has high market share of the mid-market Technology sector. 

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the tech sector and have accrued M&A experience in a well regarded mid-market platform or Big 4 and will be looking to transition into a more entrepreneurial environment and have more ownership.   Previous TMT experience is not a prerequisite.

Primary responsibilities of an Analyst or Associate include:

• Aiding origination, management and execution of transactions (in cpollaboration with the wider team)
• Performing detailed sector and company research
• Financial and capital modelling, and creating presentations and drafting memoranda related to marketing and execution   

In your career to date you will have accrued the following knowledge & experience:

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Robust experience with and solid understanding of the principles of financial modelling and valuation
• M&A deal experience - (TMT or Technology sector exposure is advantageous) 
• A strong understanding of the financial markets
• Exceptional academic credentials
