Estate AgentAuctionSales NegotiatorBirminghamBasic - £30,000 – based on experienceOTE - £45k+  Would YOU like to further your career in the Property Industry?Do you enjoy working in a fast paced and vibrant environment?Love being part of a team that delivers first class customer service? Our market leading client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Negotiator who wishes to forge a career within their Auction Business.   If you are looking for a new position within the Property Industry and would like to represent an excellent brand that has an affluent client base and strong local presence, then this could be the position for you. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the industry, an excellent track record in both selling property and generating new business, would be an advantage as would familiarity within the local area.   If you have a passion for property and would like the opportunity to be rewarded generously, then this role could be for you.  Life as a Sales Negotiator: You will be the main point of contact for Buyers, Seller & Estate Agents at the point of a property becoming live until the point of a sale being agreed. You will get a real kick out of great customer service and getting it right first time for your stakeholders on every interaction!   The skills required for this role will include

• Knowledge of the local market area
• Target driven and ambitious
• Full UK driving licence.
