HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

LOCATION: Southampton

Our client, a reputable legal firm, are seeking an Audio Typist to provide cover starting ASAP, this is a temporary ongoing contract. This role will be working within the Private Client Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and supportive team where your skills and expertise will be valued. The successful candidate will have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to the smooth running of the department.

As an Audio Typist, your responsibilities will include:

• Transcribing audio recordings accurately and efficiently
• Formatting and proofreading documents
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies
• Assisting the team with administrative tasks as required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as an Audio Typist, with excellent typing skills and a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in using audio transcription software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
