Role Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of audit and accounts clients across a range of sectors
• Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high standards and compliance
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax computations, and accounts for various client types
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff, helping them grow and develop their skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with strong experience in audit and accounts within a UK practice
• Proven experience managing a portfolio and leading audit teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Passion for delivering top-quality client service and meeting deadlines
• Commercially aware, with a focus on growing the business
• Enthusiasm for developing and mentoring junior team members
