Audit & Accounts Semi-SeniorLocation: Peterborough Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

We’re excited to be working with a top-tier, forward-thinking accountancy firm on an opportunity for an ambitious Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join their team in Peterborough!

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with managing audits and accounts for a diverse range of clients.
• Get involved in audit planning, fieldwork, and finalisation to suit client needs
• Prepare draft accounts, reconciliations, and lead schedules
• Draft tax computations for sole traders and companies
• Ensure deadlines are met while collaborating with both clients and internal teams
• Mentor junior team members and provide on-the-job training
• Build strong client relationships and identify key opportunities for growth
• Gain hands-on experience while expanding your technical knowledge

What we are looking for:

• AAT qualified or studying towards ACCA/ACA
• At least two years’ experience in delivering audit and accounting services in practice
• Strong understanding of audit processes and accounts preparation
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for client relationship-building
• Highly organised and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease
• A full driving licence (as travel to client sites is part of the role)
