Job Purpose
- Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the senior management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
- Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts
- Assist with ad-hoc audit work
- Drafting year-end financial statements and tax computations
- Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
- Support junior staff, including reviewing work and supporting their professional development
- Support Directors and Partners by undertaking ad-hoc work where required
- Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency
- Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations
- Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities

Job Requirements
- AAT / ACCA / ACA qualified, part-qualified or studying
- Qualified by at least 2 years’ experience within practice also considered
- A proven track record of managing a client portfolio
- Strong working knowledge of relevant softwareicluding Microsoft Office
- A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude towards problem-solving
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
