This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audit and accounts assignments, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff within a growing team.

• Managing a portfolio of audit and accounts clients, ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Leading and reviewing audit assignments, from planning through to completion
• Overseeing accounts preparation and tax computations for a variety of businesses
• Mentoring and developing junior team members, providing training and support
• Liaising with clients, partners, and senior management to ensure exceptional service delivery

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience in both audit and accounts preparation
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage client relationships
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
