This role will be instrumental in leading audits, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the preparation of financial statements for an expanding portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in audit, accounts preparation, and a commitment to quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audits for a diverse client base, ensuring compliance and high standards of accuracy.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and accounts.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and support.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, contributing to a culture of professional growth and excellence.

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA qualified or nearing completion
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in audit and accounts preparation within a practice environment.
• Strong technical skills with in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and auditing standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and develop client relationships.
