What You'll Be Doing:

?? Lead Audits (30%): Take full ownership of audits for 15-20 entities, ensuring compliance with FRS102 standards, and managing projects from planning to completion.?? Prepare Financial Statements (70%): Handle statutory accounts, CT600s, personal tax returns, and more, ensuring top-notch service and accuracy.?? Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development.?? Innovate and Streamline: Use Sage and Xero to enhance operational efficiency and provide superior service to clients.

Who You Are:

? Experienced Professional: QBE, ACA, ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with a solid background in audit and accounts.? Natural Leader: Strong communicator with a passion for mentoring and supporting junior team members.? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using accounting software and eager to adopt new tools to streamline work.? Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently, making informed decisions with minimal supervision.
