Join our team as an Audit Associate, where you'll play a vital role in preventing loss and ensuring accuracy across multiple areas of the Distribution Centre. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough checks on outbound orders for retail stores and international customers, identifying and investigating stock variances, and analyzing warehouse stock adjustments. This is a key position for maintaining operational integrity and supporting our commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• International Order Checking – Checking stock and requirements against information requested by the customer and ensuring order is compliant to different countries Customs.
• Store Checking – Checking of stock picked for stores against requested SKUs/quantities.
• Warehouse Stock Checking and Further Investigation – Counting/checking of stock within the warehouse, as well as investigating adjustments made in the Warehouse to ensure compliance.
• Other ad-hoc requests.

Location:

This role is based in Burton distribution centre, and may be occasionally required to travel to our Nuneaton or London Hub or to any other location of H&B. 

The Person

Key Requirements: 

• Comfortable working at height via Scissor Lifts upto 10m - Training will be provided for using MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
• Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft based functions.
• Able to work both alone and as part of a team, both supervised and unsupervised.
• Prior experience in a stock/quality function
• Strong attention to detail.
• Accuracy driven.
• Working under tight deadlines
