Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to finalisation, liaising with the client and managing the team.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing on-the-job training and development.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of audit methodologies and the firm's audit practice.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Leadership skills with an emphasis on team development and client management.
