Audit Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Helping the Audit Manager deal with an exciting, increased workload, including;
- Developing client audit plans based on regulatory compliance and risk management
- Evaluating client internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
- Leading and participating in on-site and remote client audits
- Preparing informative, understandable and concise reports, for varied stakeholders
- Managing, mentoring and training an enthusiastic team to deliver audits to the highest professional standards
Audit Assistant Manager Skills and Experience:
This highly-regarded accounting practice with a great culture seeks someone who can 'hit the ground running' for this important new audit leadership role. To be considered you should;
- be a qualified accountant, with at least 2 years of experience in supervising/managing a team
- have proven experience in auditing and risk assessment
- possesses excellent interpersonal ability, clear in communications with colleagues and clients
- demonstrate hands-on IT skills (eg, Microsoft Office and Caseware)
