Role Responsibilities

• Assisting with audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage
• Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries
• Reviewing the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support
• Liaising directly with clients to address queries and deliver excellent service
• Supporting the team in meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Identifying and suggesting opportunities to improve processes and client experience
• Contributing to the development and progression of the audit team through mentoring and training

Candidate Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or be part-qualified and actively studying)
• At least three years of experience in an audit role within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
