Crowe Watson Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Audit Assistant Manager to join our client, a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Reviewing work completed by team members and providing constructive feedback.

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified, part qualified or QBE.
  • At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
