Key Responsibilities

  • Managing audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.
  • Leading and mentoring audit teams, providing support and guidance to junior staff.
  • Reviewing audit files, identifying risks, and offering practical solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of audit strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborating with other departments to deliver comprehensive client services.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Salary : 45000 - 56000
