Audit Assistant Manager | Top 50 Firm | Hybrid Working! | £58,000 - £65,000
AJ Chambers are pleased to be working with a Top 60 firm of Chartered Accountants who are seeking an Assistant Manager to become a member of their busy Audit team.
Role:
- Fully responsible for audit jobs from start to finish (planning to finalisation)
- Assist with the management and delegation of tasks for junior members by guiding, training, motivating, and providing directional feedback
- Assist with the management of basic WIP, billing and fee-recovery
- Manage general client problems, and communicate with managers on more complex issues and supports team members with basic client concerns
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a seamless delivery of work and projects
- Ensure good relationships with both internal and external clients
- Play an active role in recruitment and any other HR activities required
- Carry out any other duties that are within the range and purpose of the job role
