Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams, ensuring high-quality client service.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Oversee the delivery of complex audits, managing budgets and timeframes.
• Support the firm’s growth by driving business development initiatives.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Demonstrable leadership skills and experience managing audit teams.
• Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date with relevant accounting standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
