Our client, a leading independent accountancy practice, is seeking an experienced Audit Director or Partner to join their dynamic team in London. Position Overview

As an Audit Director or Partner, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and overseeing the work of the audit team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services, while also contributing to the overall growth and success of the practice.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships assigned by the partners
  • Develop new business through client referrals and business development initiatives, such as attending networking events and hosting internal events
  • Oversee and mentor staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional audit services in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the practice

Requirements

  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • 5 years’ post qualification experience
  • RI Status (advantageous)
  • Proven experience in a senior audit role, ideally within a regional Big Four practice or Top 50 firm with extensive experience working with privately owned companies reporting under FRS 102.
  • IFRS experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent client relationship management
  • Current business development experience will be highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving continuous improvement
  • CCH (advantageous)
