Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audits, ensuring high-quality and transparent outcomes trusted by stakeholders.
• Work alongside global teams, collaborating with their Member Firms worldwide
• Develop efficient and coordinated global audit strategies for multinational clients
• Manage complex projects and teams, often working across multiple locations
• Travel internationally to oversee audit engagements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified (or overseas equivalent) with solid technical expertise
• Experience in managing, coaching, and developing junior staff
• Strong knowledge of ISAs, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting standards
• Experience challenging management and navigating difficult conversations
• Familiarity with financial products, regulation, and compliance (including anti-money laundering)
• Experience designing audit strategies based on substantive auditing
• A proven ability to manage complex projects and teams with multiple milestones
• Experience with reviewing financial statements and identifying risks

Desirable Skills:

• Sector-specific experience relevant to the firm's audited entities
• Experience auditing international groups and managing cross-border engagements
• Expertise in designing audit strategies that incorporate controls and IT environments
• Familiarity with conducting group audits under ISA 600
