As an Audit Manager, your main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading audits from planning through to completion, liaising with the client and managing the overall process within budget.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff, including reviewing their work for quality and compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to become the first point of contact for client needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and upholding the firm’s standards of excellence.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.

Requirements for the role:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proven experience in audit management and significant experience in an accountancy practice.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and developing a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
