The Opportunity

As a Manager within our client's team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, taking on significant client responsibilities and contributing to workflow planning.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our client's talent development strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients, overseeing the preparation of accounts and corporation tax computations/returns for limited companies.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and provide practical guidance on regulatory matters such as tax, VAT regulations, UK law, and principles of good governance.
• Support local partners as required with ad hoc duties.

Key Requirements

• Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP.
• ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in auditing clients across various industries.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members.
