You’ll lead teams, liaise directly with clients, and ensure audits are conducted to the highest standard in line with regulatory requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of industries, ensuring diversity and professional growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage a portfolio of audit engagements, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead audit teams, ensuring proper execution and review of audit work.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the audit process.
• Review and assess financial statements and provide clients with strategic advice based on findings.
• Ensure compliance with audit regulations and internal policies.
• Support the development and training of junior staff, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvement and develop action plans to improve the audit process.

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in audit.
• Proven experience managing audit teams and leading multiple audit engagements.
• Excellent knowledge of UK accounting and audit regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
• Commercially astute with a strategic approach to client management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
