Butler Rose are pleased to be representing our client, a leading UK-based chartered accountancy firm that is looking for a driven and ambitious Audit Manager to join it's team based out of its friendly Birmingham office.

Role Requirements -

• Manage audits from planning to completion
• Mentor new trainees and support them with their learning and development
• Manage work planning and ensure delivery of services in agreed timeframe
• Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are planned into our workflows
• Able to work alongside and part of the senior management team and support with company growth
• Assist with target setting and budgeting
• Ability to identify services that will add value to your portfolio of clients
• Confident in networking to promote the Firm
• Overseeing the audit team and championing the Firm's values within the team
• Provide professional client-facing communication skills
• Provide technical support to the Team
• Set an example for the team as a natural leader

Person Responsibilities -

• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with practice experience
• Must have 3 +years post qualification experience
• Up to date in CPE and recent developments in accounting standards
• Experience of OMBs covering a range of industries
• Computer packages - Excel, Word, Sage, Caseware and tax software
