Audit Manager - Reed : Job Details

Reed Practice are seeking an Audit Manager to join our client based in Watford and contribute to the growth of the firm. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of medium to large clients, including some groups, and playing a key role in business development and networking.

• Managing a full portfolio of medium to large clients
• Reviewing files and highlighting key issues to the audit RI.
• Liaising with clients in a professional manner.
• Setting budgets and negotiating fees with clients.
• Raising invoices and managing billing profiles.
• Monitoring delivery against budgets and identifying causes of overruns.
• Conducting reviews and identifying training needs.

• ACA or ACCA qualification.
• At least 2 years of post-qualified audit experience .
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP.
• IT competency, ideally with experience in CaseWare or similar packages.
• Excellent communication skills..
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
