Role Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, coordination, review, and finalisation of audit engagements
- Liaise with audit partners and directors to ensure smooth delivery of assignments
- Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements
- Deliver value-added advice to clients, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Participate in corporate finance projects, including due diligence, valuations, and business restructuring
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and apply it to diverse client scenarios

Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least three years’ post-qualification experience
- Established experience in a mid-tier accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
- Proven ability to manage audits from planning through to completion
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience with quality control reviews and audit programme setup
- Familiarity with Caseware (desirable)
- Enthusiasm, determination, and a 'can-do’ attitude
