I am looking for an Audit Manager to join my clients team and lead a variety of audit assignments for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including domestic, international, and listed businesses. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Audit Leadership: Plan, execute, and complete audits within budget and deadlines, owning each stage of the process.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact during on-site fieldwork, addressing queries and providing proactive business advice.
  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff, allocating work based on their abilities and completing job reviews.
  • Technical Expertise: Research technical issues, develop solutions, and review statutory financial statements from management accounts.
  • Client Solutions: Identify opportunities to involve other service experts to meet client needs.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee work-in-progress and billing, ensuring efficient project delivery.
What I am Looking For:Qualifications:
  • CCAB Membership: ACA, ACCA, ICAS, ICAI, or AICPA.
  • CPD: Commitment to continuous professional development in relevant areas.
Experience & Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge of business cycle controls and audit risks.
  • Proven experience in complex group audits and working with component auditors.
  • Ability to offer practical, proactive business advice and escalate significant control issues.
  • Proficiency in identifying business development opportunities and participating in pitches.
