Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied audit portfolio for a diverse client base.
• Leading and mentoring a team of audit staff, ensuring high-quality outputs and excellent client service.
• Reviewing audit files to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored advice and support.
• Supporting the firm's partners in driving business development initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post-qualification experience.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
