Audit ManagerMid Kent / East Kent£65,000 to £75,000 Plus Bonus and Share Options Are you an Audit Manager looking for the next step in your career?Do you have an Audit Senior or Audit Manager background in public practice?Are you looking to join a leading, successful and growing accountancy firm in Kent as Audit Manager?If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!We are delighted to partner with a successful and growing Kent based accountancy practice who are looking to add and experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager to their Audit team.The successful candidate will lead audit engagements and ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services to their diverse client base.You will have previously worked in audit in public practice and have experience of completing audit assignments to a high standard.Client engagement is a big part of the role and you will be responsible for developing these relationships to support the success and growth of the business.Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Audit Engagements: Plan, execute, and complete audit assignments for a variety of clients, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing insightful recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Qualified: A professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing within a public accounting firm.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
