Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage audit assignments from planning to completion
  • Lead and mentor a team of auditors, providing guidance and training
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Ensure compliance with UK auditing and accounting standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with senior management to support business development
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
  • Proven experience managing audit teams and client portfolios
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload

Salary : 50000 - 65000
