The Role:

• Manage SME audit clients, ensuring all engagements meet the highest standards
• Act as the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional service
• Oversee all stages of the audit process, from planning to completion
• Supervise and mentor auditors and junior staff, supporting career development
• Work closely with partners and senior management on transactional services projects
• Drive audit process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
• Stay up to date on audit regulations and best practices

What You’ll Need:

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience managing SME audit clients, ideally within a small or mid-sized practice
• Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and software
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Excellent client service and problem-solving skills
• Experience in football, music & entertainment, or financial services (desirable)
