Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audits for a portfolio of not-for-profit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion, providing guidance to the team.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide advisory support where needed.
• Review audit files and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing audits within a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of charity and not-for-profit accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
