I am currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Audit Manager to join a highly respected Top 20 firm based in London. This exciting opportunity offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance office and remote working, while working with a diverse range of clients. This role is particularly focused on technology and real estate clients, providing you with the chance to develop expertise in these fast-growing and dynamic sectors.
What you will be doing as an Audit Manager:
- Lead audits for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a special emphasis on technology and real estate
- Manage and develop relationships with clients, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Oversee and mentor a team of junior staff, providing coaching and guidance throughout audits.
- Plan, execute, and review audits in line with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide strategic advice and insight to clients, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders within the firm, ensuring efficient communication and smooth delivery of services.
- Contribute to the firm's business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant experience in audit management.
- Proven experience working within a Top 20 firm or similar. (can come from a smaller firm as well)
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit methodology.
- Solid experience working with clients in the technology and/or real estate sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to manage a team and take responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
