Description
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of audit plans.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the accounting and finance department.
- Provide input into the firm's business strategy from a financial perspective.
- Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones.
- Ensure continuous professional development within the team.
Profile
A successful Audit Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in contributing to business strategy from a financial perspective.
- Proven track record in business growth and development.
