Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver high-quality audit services to a diverse client base.
• Manage and mentor audit teams to ensure professional development and high performance.
• Drive business development activities and build lasting client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with audit regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and direction of the firm.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Must have a minimum of 6 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic mindset with a track record of delivering results.
