Role Responsibilities
  • Assisting on audit assignments, working alongside experienced seniors and managers
  • Leading smaller audit engagements and supporting larger audits
  • Preparing financial statements for a variety of businesses
  • Supporting audit fieldwork, planning, and risk assessment
  • Reviewing and processing client records accurately
  • Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
  • Developing strong client relationships and assisting with queries
  • Keeping up to date with audit regulations and best practices
About the Firm

Candidate Requirements
  • Part-qualified ACA or ACCA, actively working towards full qualification
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
  • Experience in accounts preparation, tax, and VAT compliance
  • Proficiency in audit software such as CCH, CaseWare, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated individual, eager to learn and take on responsibility
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for audits when required
