Audit Semi-Senior/Senior Accountant (Practice) Progression

£35,000 to £45,000 DOE + Training + Study Support + Flexible Hours + Holidays + Overtime

Are you an Audit Semi-Senior/Senior Accountant from a small firm or even Big 4, wanting to widen your audit understanding and experience with study support, 6 monthly salary reviews and potential for long term growth to director?

Do you want to complete your studies, accelerate your development towards becoming an Audit Manager and Director in the future?

On offer is an opportunity to join a practice, established for over 20 years, with over 90 staff in the business, 5 Directors, with over a third of the staff are at different levels of traineeship, where you can be part of a growing team and business, where you can further your audit experience to become an audit manager in the near future and have salary reviews every 6 months.

In this role you will lead audit engagements, prepare and review audit plans, conduct fieldwork, be primary contact for client queries, review financial statement, review work of junior team members and provide training and feedback on their work, complete assignments with the Audit Manager.

This role would suit an Audit Semi-Senior wanting to grow into a Senior or Senior wanting to grow into a manager role, wanting to complete their ACA/ACCA, from a smaller or Big 4 wanting deeper audit experience in audit to grow their career.

The Role:

• Lead, manage and complete audit assignments
• Engage and build client relationships during audit process
• Review and train junior staff

The Person:

• ACA/ACCA part qualified
• Big 4, Small or medium size audit experience
• Passion for audit and wanting to further their career in audit
• Based near Taunton, Exeter, Peasdown St John
• Must have full right to work in UK - NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
