Our client, a prestigious and well-established accountancy practice based in Poole, is looking for a Semi-Senior/Senior Auditor to join their expanding audit team. • Leading or assisting on a variety of audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conducting audits across a diverse client base, including SMEs, large corporates, and not-for-profit organisations.
• Preparing audit reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact during audits.
• Staying up to date with the latest developments in audit standards and regulations.

• Part-qualified or fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of audit experience within a practice environment.
• Strong understanding of UK audit regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
