Job Purpose
- Be the first point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients and audits
- Support the on-site team through work reviews, ongoing support and quality control
- Oversee high-risk areas of audit files
- Prepare statutory accounts, corporation tax computations and returns to support Audit Managers and Senior Managers
- Supervise junior staff by reviewing work and providing constructive feedback
- Build strong rapport with clients and proactively handling queries
- Work to client expectations, budgets and deadlines
- Champion your own professional development by learning from the experienced team
- Lead strategic projects both in the office and as part of the wider firm
- Manage your own time effectively and autonomously

The Successful Applicant
- ACCA or ACA qualified or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ audit practice experience
- Strong leadership skills to help develop junior members of the team
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Self-motivated with a passion for career progression and business development
- Effective time and project management skills
- Ambitious and enthusiastic to take on new challenges and learn from an experienced team
- Methodical worker and proactive problem solver
- Passionate about supporting and building relationships with a wide variety of clients
- Proficient with IT applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
