About the Firm:
Join a highly respected mid-tier firm as an Audit Senior, where you'll provide accounting and business advisory services to clients across the UK and internationally. Located between Marylebone and Soho, the firm offers a flexible hybrid working model with three days in the office (no set days required). You'll work a 36.25-hour week, typically from 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM, but with flexi-time, you can adjust your schedule as needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Supervise audit teams and review audit files before partner or manager sign-off.
- Perform analytical reviews of financial statements and identify audit-related issues.
- Produce statutory accounts and draft tax computations.
- Obtain a strong understanding of HAT methodology.
- Interact with client management to gather information, resolve problems, and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with proven audit experience in a UK-based accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, auditing standards, and taxation (including corporation tax, VAT, and P11Ds).
- Experience with consolidations and paperless audit software.
- Leadership experience, including supervising teams and delegating tasks.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize assignments efficiently.
