Role Responsibilities

• Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK audit regulations
• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality audit services across a range of industries
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and helping them develop professionally
• Liaising directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and offer ongoing audit advice
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with extensive experience in UK audit practice
• Strong knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality audit services
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
