You will lead audit assignments, mentor junior team members, and work closely with senior management to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Manage and develop relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
• Assist with other ad hoc duties as required by senior management

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with relevant audit experience
• Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
