Due to organic growth within the firm and consistent new work, an audit senior job has arisen.Your new roleUpon joining the firm, you will be leading and conducting full audits from planning to completion stages, whether that be on-site audits, allocating work to the wider team and members of staff and guiding them throughout. You will also be directly liaising with the RI on the planning and progress of the audits whilst ensuring adherence and compliance throughout. Your role will also involve identifying high risk areas and any potential issues where you can offer solutions. This will also involve reviewing the works of juniors and completing all review points in full. What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified ACCA / ACA accountant or Qualified by Experience, with a minimum of 3 years within a senior role. You will also need to be competent with sampling techniques, whilst having prior experience of assisting juniors on an audit. What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be offered a competitive salary ranging between £35,000 to £42,000, dependent on your experience, with hybrid and flexi working patterns. You will also be offered further training opportunities to support you to continuously develop, with a generous holiday allowance and on-site parking. Other benefits will be offered upon employment.
