• ACCA or ACA qualified, or part-qualified with relevant UK practice experience
• A proven track record of managing audit assignments and client portfolios
• Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and current regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive attitude
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Confidence in mentoring and developing junior team members
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
