• Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Lead onsite audit teams, ensuring seamless fieldwork and service delivery
• Prepare financial statements and review statutory accounts and tax computations
• Take responsibility for individual assignments, delivering within budget and timescales
• Draft comprehensive reports for review by Directors
• Effectively use tools such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks to manage assignments

• ACCA or ACA qualified, finalist, or studying, with recent experience in practice
• Strong knowledge of UK audit regulations and a proven track record of leading assignments
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to progress
• Ability to build strong client relationships and provide high-quality service
• Skilled in mentoring and developing junior staff
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail
