Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering insight and solutions to their needs
  • Oversee junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance on technical and professional matters
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards and firm policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support business development initiatives
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit standards and regulations

Salary : 55000 - 70000
