• Oversee and manage the audit process for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing audit team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing strategic advice and insights.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines.
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives within the firm.

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• At least 7 years' experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and leading teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
