Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Oversee and mentor audit teams, reviewing work and providing technical guidance
• Contribute to business development and identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality service delivery

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in audit within an accountancy practice
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
• Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
